Border arms search

JOINT Garda and Army searches of the Border area for IRA arms are to continue over the weekend. Recent searches have uncovered a quantity of used ammunition leading to speculation that a forested area at Ravensdale, Dundalk, was being used for testing weapons. Yesterday, in a search at Lurgankeel, Kilcurry, about 120 unused high-calibre bullets were recovered.
