Belarus regrets loss of N-arms

MOSCOW - The Belarussian President, Mr Alexander Luk ash enko, said yesterday his country made a big mistake when it gave up Soviet nuclear missiles and hinted he would like a new nuclear arsenal, Interfax news agency said.
