The European Commission Representation in Ireland has appointed a barrister, Ms Niamh Hyland, as its legal adviser on people's rights under, EU law.

Ms Hyland's role is to improve public awareness about their rights under EU law. She may be contacted by telephone at the EU Commission Representation on (01) 662 5113 or in writing to 39, Molesworth, Street, Dublin 2. The service is free.
