The Bar Council, which represents barristers, is to seek an injunction in the High Court today to prevent Mr William Flynn, of Thistlewaite House, Enfield, Co Meath, using the name Barristers Professional Conduct Tribunal.

Yesterday, the President of the High Court, Mr Justice Costello, gave leave to the Bar Council to serve notice of motion on Mr Flynn, returnable for today.
