E-commerce security company Baltimore Technologies today announced the appointment of Mr Phil Smith as the company's chief financial officer and a director effective immediately.
Mr Smith (48) has been interim CFO with Baltimore Technologies since October 2000.
Before this, he headed up the finance function at Bookham Technology, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq National Market.
