Plymouth - A distressed mother who abandoned her baby boy at an office block was last night being sought by the police. The infant, thought to be aged around four months and called Noel by police, is now in the care of Devon social services.
The mother wheeled the baby into the Civic Centre in Plymouth, Devon, and told staff: "I have had enough".
