Mexico City - At least five people died and 20 were missing across southern Mexico and northern Nicaragua after the tropical storm Olaf brought torrential rains to the region, officials said yesterday.
Four people died in the Mexican state of Chiapas when Olaf's rains triggered landslides; in drought-stricken Nicaragua, one person was reported dead and 12 were missing after flash flooding.
