A member of the Association of Secondary Teachers of Ireland's standing committee has disrupted meetings of that committee and will not be allowed participate in meetings until he apologises and agreed to conduct himself, counsel for ASTI told the High Court yesterday.

Mr Roddy Horan, for ASTI, was granted an adjournment until tomorrow of proceedings brought against the association by Mr Bernard Lynch, a member of the standing committee. Mr Lynch got leave last week to bring proceedings to restrain the association excluding him from committee meetings.
