Maseru - Hundreds of people were prevented from returning to work in the Lesotho capital yesterday by antigovernment factions demanding that the king dissolve parliament. As they streamed into town, they were stopped by chanting opposition supporters who insisted the stay-away was in effect, despite announcements on state radio to the contrary.
