GLASGOW - An outbreak of food poisoning caused by the E coli virus has claimed a ninth victim, Scottish health authorities said yesterday. The victim was an elderly man. The out break of food poisoning, coming from meat from a butcher's shop in the town of Wishaw near Glasgow, has caused more than 360 people to be affected by violent stomach upsets and kidney problems.
