A £50,000 scheme has been launched to tackle the problem of teenage drinking in the North. Grants of up to £2,500 will be awarded to local groups to fund innovative educational projects involving 14- to 18-year-olds. The UK-wide programme is being organised by the London-based Portman Group and Prince's Trust Action.
