Mr James Dundon (21), Mr Mark Connery (24), and Mr Melvin McNamara (17), all of O'Malley Park, Southill, are charged with causing damage to a headstone, the property of Garda McCabe's widow, Ann, at Mount St Oliver Cemetery, and with riotous and violent behaviour on two dates earlier this month.
