An investment package of £250,000 has been announced for the Colmcille heritage centre in Gartan, Co Donegal. The International Fund for Ireland is providing £73,000, the EU £117,000, and the local heritage trust £60,000. An audio visual facility, a crafts hop and restaurant are to be provided at the centre.
