The National Lottery is celebrating St Valentine's Day by adding £1 million to tonight's jackpot, which will now exceed £1.6 million. Last year Mr Tommy Keogh and his wife, Anne, from Rathdrum, Co Wicklow, became Ireland's 68th Lotto millionaire couple on St Valentine's weekend when they won £1,670,088.
