A model, Ms Karla Elliott, has agreed not to dispose of a £150,000 charge in her favour over chef Conrad Gallagher's home in Killiney, Co Dublin, the High Court heard yesterday. Mr Justice Kearns was told Ms Elliott, a former partner of Mr Gallagher, has given an undertaking not to dispose of or deal with the £150,000 charge over The Lodge, Killiney Hill Road.
