A 14-year-old Co Tyrone boy is the youngest person in Northern Ireland to have his name placed on the Sexual Offenders Register. The order to register was made at Cookstown Juvenile Court yesterday after the boy pleaded guilty to two charges of indecently assaulting an eight-year-old girl last March.
