JOHN Paul Construction has begun work on the third phase of Dundrum Business Park, Dublin 14, which will have almost 40,000 square feet of high-tech buildings. James Nugent of Lisney reports that two of the six units under construction have already been reserved and there is also strong interest in the remaining four buildings, which will have both office and warehouse space and vary in size from 5,300 to 7,400 square feet. All the units in the second phase have been sold for around £3 million. The most recent buyer was geological surveyors CSA Ltd, which paid £1.75 million for two adjoining office and warehouse units of 13,000 square feet. CSA was advised by Ben Pearson of Douglas Newman Good. Another purchaser was computer software and hardware manufacturers, AME Ltd, which paid £500,000 for almost 6,000 square feet. More than half the block is fitted out for offices. The third newcomer will be Labelcraft, which manufactures self-adhesive labels. Lisney had been seeking £820,000 for the unit of over 9,000 square feet.
