UK firm to help Irish investors capitalise

Specialist London property sales group to open a Dublin office to help Irish investors in London capitalise on the currency’s strength

The rising value of sterling has prompted a specialist London property sales group to open a Dublin office to help Irish investors in London capitalise on the currency’s strength.

Fusion Property UK has opened an office on Pembroke Street because of the increased demand it’s experiencing for its services here from some of the thousands of Irish investors who bought property in London before the economic downturn.

“With prices in London rising at 15 per cent annually and sterling’s strength against the euro, an increasing number of investors are realising that now is the time to capitalise,” says Sean Collins, managing director of Fusion Property Ireland.

Fusion says they offer a one-stop shop for valuations, accounting, legal and tax issues. “The property owner won’t even have to visit London as everything can be done from our Dublin office.”
