Two IFSC office suites for short-term letting

TWO office suites in George's Dock at Dublin's international Financial Service Centre are to be let on short leases. Harrington Bannon is quoting rents of £33 per square foot for the units which will have air conditioning, raised floors, suspended ceilings and light fittings. One unit of 3,200 square feet will be available on a three-year lease while the second suite of 4,525 square feet will be let for a period of five years. Car-parking spaces will cost an additional £1,500 per annum.
