Town centre development for Newtownmountkennedy

A company called Swan Oak Ltd has lodged a planning application for a town centre and residential development in Newtownmountkenndy, Co Wicklow. The planners have been asked to approve of the demolition on the existing houses at Sunnybank and Season Park and the use of the site for a commercial scheme which would include ground-floor commercial and retail units, offices, a Garda station, library, 12 apartments and 212 houses.
