Temple Bar to sell five retail outlets

TEMPLE Bar Properties is to sell five retail investments at producing a rent roll of £84,000 per annum, will be offered for sale in one lot or individually. Purchasers will be able to avail of 50 per cent capital allowances on the investment, which is likely to yield around 8 per cent.

Temple Bar Properties is also to seek in excess of £1 million for a purpose-built bar on the corner of Essex Gate and Lower Exchange Street. The two-storey over basement premises will have a floor area of 5,000 square feet. Lisney is handling the sale.

Temple Bar Properties may also consider letting the bar and selling on the investment at a later stage.
