A five-acre site with potential for retail warehousing at Bailis, near Athlumney in Navan, is likely to make between £1.75 and £2 million when it is sold by tender through Gunne Commercial and Smith Auctioneers. It is located along a new distributor road which is designed to cater for a large housing development.
Gunne is to sell by tender 18 acres of development land at the foothills of the Dublin mountains at Woodside Road in Sandyford, Dublin 18. It will be sold in two lots. Although zoned as a high amenity area, the development plan allows consideration for housing, guest-houses, hotel and sports club. The site has outstanding views over the city.
In Waterford city, agents Shee & Hawe are seeking around £1.9 million for a 15-acre site with outline planning permission for 165 houses. Its site is located on the old Tramore Road and will be bounded by the proposed outer ring road.
