Location and ultramodern interiors will be key selling points of five townhouses going on view this Saturday at 1a Church Gardens, Rathmines, Dublin 6.
Prices start at £285,000 for a 750 sq ft one-bedroom unit. Two-bedroom townhouses of 840 and 890 sq ft will cost £320,000 and £340,000. No price has been fixed yet for the 1,027 sq ft two-bed showroom unit, says selling agent Ronan O'Driscoll of Hamilton Osborne King.
Church Gardens is located off Church Avenue, close to Rathmines village. The scheme has been designed on streamlined modern lines by The Architecture Company and the accommodation is very bright.
Floors are of salvaged antique maple, there are solid oak staircases with stainless steel handrails and the fitted kitchen is stainless steel with integrated Smeg cooker and dishwasher.
Limestone floors in the kitchen-dining area have under-floor heating and there is mosaic tiling in both kitchen and bathroom.
Outside, the houses open on to the pavement to the front, in keeping with the surrounding period houses. There are separate gardens to the rear, which are fully paved for easy maintenance and with raised flower beds.
The showhouse will be on view this Saturday 10th June, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
