The six-bedroom two-storey over garden level Victorian era house, which originally had a guide of €980,000, was declared on the market at €1.1 million. Six parties chased the property and there were 53 bids in total. Number 70 requires refurbishment and has 288 sq m (3,100 sq ft) of space.
