Hooke & MacDonald is releasing 20 one, two and three-bedroom apartments from show units at The Willows from today.

Fleming Construction's €150 million scheme of almost 400 apartments has a good southside location beside the Bellarmine development and opposite Fernhill Gardens on the Enniskerry Road.

Prices have shifted since the last launch in September 2007. One-bedroom units are €25,000 down on last year's prices. Two-bedroom apartments are the same price. Two-bedroom penthouses are reduced by €30,000 and three-beds by €50,000.

Most of the units in this block are slightly smaller than those at previous phases, says selling agent Mark Dunne. The scheme, designed by Paul Duignan and Associates, comprises six blocks. All have communal roof gardens and views are over Dublin city or to the Wicklow Mountains.

Apartments have floor-to-ceiling windows, modern kitchens with stone worktops and built-in appliances and recessed lighting in the living areas. All units have utility rooms.

Parking is included in the price and homes will be ready to move into after Easter, says the agent.
