DECISION TO GRANT

DUN LAOGHAIRE RATHDOWN

Location:Power City, Sallynoggin Road, Sallynoggin, Co Dublin. Proposed development: permission for a phased retail/residential development to include the partial demolition of retail warehouse and the construction of a two-storey retail/storage building containing one main retail/warehouse unit, two separate self-contained retail units and 42 car-parking spaces at basement level. Block A will be three storeys high and will have seven three-bed duplex units, eight one-bed units and a crèche. DECISION TO GRANT

Location:St Michaels & Siam Thai, Gas Yard Lane, Malahide, Co Dublin. Proposed development: four-and-a-half storey apartment building consisting of eight two-bed duplex units, two one-bed duplex units and one penthouse with car-parking. The development involves the demolition of one house and restaurant. Applicant: Peter Flanagan.

Location:junction of Strand Road and Carrickhill Road, Portmarnock, Co Dublin. Proposed development: mixed-use development to include the demolition of six structures, including the shops and apartment units adjacent to Borza takeaway to Strand Road, demolition of house to Strand Road and the demolition of derelict houses and sheds.
