DUN LAOGHAIRE RATHDOWN

Location:Power City, Sallynoggin Road, Sallynoggin, Co Dublin. Proposed development: permission for a phased retail/residential development to include the partial demolition of retail warehouse and the construction of a two-storey retail/storage building containing one main retail/warehouse unit, two separate self-contained retail units and 42 car-parking spaces at basement level. DECISION TO GRANT
