A batch of new Lisney appointees includes Eloise Moore and Alain Doyle as Divisional Directors in the Professional Services Department.

Kathy Flanagan has been made Divisional Director of Lisney New Homes. Ciara Horgan has joined Lisney's investment team from London as UK Investment Surveyor. She qualified as a chartered surveyor while working with Cushman & Wakefield in its commercial agency division and, more recently, worked with Knight Frank on its Irish investment desk. Barbara Mooney has also joined Lisney's residential department as as Negotiator, based in St Stephen's Green.

HOK Residential has appointed Philomena Morris as Negotiator in its Blackrock office, concentrating on properties in the Booterstown, Blackrock, Dún Laoghaire and Mount Merrion areas. Morris previously worked with Remax and has also organised the educational programme in Ireland for the American CEO Organisation.

Meanwhile, Leslie-Ann Devins is joining Douglas Newman Good as Senior Sales Negotiator in its Terenure branch. Downes is transferring to DNG from Hamilton Osborne King, where she has acted as Negotiator for a number of years.
