A Michelin-approved French restaurant, "Liasion", overlooking the seafront in Clontarf, Dublin 3, is for sale at approximately £775,000 (€984,050) through Hamilton Osborne King. The restaurant, at 318 Clontarf Road, seats 60 people but could accommodate over 100. It has been in business for two years and has established a good reputation for its French cuisine. However, because of commitments in the UK, the owners have decided to sell the building - which includes a two-bedroom apartment with a separate access. The fittings will also be available to the purchasers at an agreed price.

Mark Reynolds of HOK says the sale provides an immediate opportunity for a restaurateur to expand or relocate to an excellent suburb. One of the attractions of the building is that it produces an annual income of £12,000 (€15,240) from two advertising boards on the gables.
