Galway property has office space above Argos and Lidl

Galway estate agent, Terry Cunningham, is quoting rents of £15 per sq ft for two floors of offices in a newly completed development, The Plaza, near the city centre on Headfort Road. The building has 24,000 sq ft on three floors over a ground floor where Argos and Lidl are now trading. Car-parking spaces are available at a rate of one per 1,000 sq ft and there is additional car-parking available in the municipal carpark on the opposite side of the road. The development also includes 38 apartments at the rear, which have been sold.
