March 23rd, Lynes & Lynes, Carrigtohill, Co Cork. Lot 225, set of 12 Cork dining chairs, €3,000 (€3,000-€4,000) and lot 274, two Bank of Ireland £1 notes from 1914 and 1912, €500 (€100-€200), lot 86, collection of Spode china, €1,060 (€300-€500).
March 25th, RJ Keighery, William Street, Waterford. Lot 774, 12-branch Waterford Crystal chandelier, €2,600 (€2,500-€3,500) and lot 729, pair of Lalique 1950s bookends, €1,100 (€900-€1,200).

March 26th, John Weldon, Cows Lane, Temple Bar. With over 86 per cent of lots sold including a set of 11ct emerald earrings, €8,700 (€9,000-€12,000) and a rare 1750 Limerick silver table spoon, €1,500 (€1,500-€2,000)
March 30th and March 31st, Matthews Auction Rooms, Kells, Co Meath. Country sale of over 1,000 lots of period furniture, jewellery, art and 25 clocks, to include a vintage Tiffany table clock (€70-€150) and an interesting fusee skeleton timepiece (€600-€900). Lot 155, art deco sofa (€300-€500). An unusual offering is lot 352, an archers ring (€40-€70) traditionally used by a bowman to protect the thumb, and at the other end of the scale is lot 800, a rare 20ct cornflower blue sapphire and diamond ring (€14,000-€18,000).
