Dry cleaners to sell leases of two shops

DRY cleaners Prescotts is to sell the leases of its premises in Stillorgan and Dundrum shopping centres to concentrate on its eight branches in north Dublin.Stillorgan shop, which has a floor area of 1,200 square feet. The premises is held under a 42-year lease from 1966 with seven-yearly rent reviews. The rent is Pounds 52,000, and the service charge is fixed until 2001. In Dundrum, a premium of Pounds 45,000 is being sought for the premises which has 750 square feet. Rent reviews are at seven-year intervals and the rent stands at Pounds 23,400.
