Debenhams leases warehouse

UK department store Debenhams has taken a long lease of a 24,000-square-foot warehouse which was developed by the AIB Investment Managers at Parkway Business Centre in Ballymount, Dublin 12. Debenhams is paying a rent of £5.50 per square foot for the space which will be used to service its new store at the Jervis Shopping Centre and possibly other companies in the Burton Group.
