Dawson Street lease sells for £440,000

 

Lisney has secured £440,000 for the leasehold interest in a four-storey retail and office building at 31 Dawson Street, Dublin 2, which has been occupied up to now by Argo Travel. The four-storey over basement mid-terrace building has 1,753 sq ft of space and is held under a 99-year lease from 1957 at a rent of £350 per annum. It was bought by a private investor. Elsewhere in the city, Palmer McCormack is seeking a premium of £100,000 for the Stena Line building at 15 Westmoreland Street. The five-storey over basement premises has 3,300 sq ft, including 900 sq ft on the ground floor. The current rent is £44,000 per annum.
