Ballymun hotel site expected to top £500,000

A 4.5-acre site with planning permission for a hotel at Tower House Lodge, Ballymun Road, Dublin 9, is expected to make in excess of £500,000 when it is sold by tender next month through Sherry FitzGerald. The site is situated off the Ballymun Road, close to the M50 interchange, which gives it easy access to Dublin Airport. The agents are to sell the site in one or two lots. One of the lots, with 3.2 acres, has planning permission for the hotel. The entire site could also be used for leisure, retail, industrial or for a residential development.
