Arran Quay offices are likely to make around £400,000

A Georgian office building in need of refurbishment near the Four Courts at 7 Arran Quay, Dublin 7, is expected to make about £400,000 when it is auctioned on May 11th by Billy O'Sullivan and Associates. The four-storey over basement building has 2,375 sq ft of space but, according to the agents, it has a structural defect.
