Sales Results: Yet another house on Ailesbury Road in Ballsbridge has changed hands quietly, this time number 45 which was sold yesterday for a figure thought to be around €10 million.
Simon Ensor of Sherry FitzGerald sold the property in private negotiations, less than a fortnight after he sold number 17 Ailesbury Road prior to auction for around €14 million. Number 45 is a similar Victorian house, but the owners who have lived on the road for many years, had annexed part of the garden for a new house, hence the lower price.
