£750,000-plus quoted in Drogheda

Douglas Newman Good is quoting in excess of £750,000 for a seven-acre industrial site adjoining the IDA industrial estate in Drogheda. Ben Pearson of the agency says both developers and owner-occupiers are likely to be interested in the land which adjoins Nature's Best and Coca Cola plants at Greenvale Park, Matthews Lane.
