12.5-acre site with potential makes £610,000

A site with development potential at Firhouse Road, Dublin 24, was sold at a Lisney auction last Thursday for £610,000. The sale includes a four-bedroom detached house with a floor area of 1,600 square feet. The site adjoins housing and runs from the Firhouse Road towards the River Dodder. Although the area is zoned "to protect and improve high amenity areas", Lisney says residential development may be open for consideration. Part of the land may be required for road widening.
