MONDAY "Mind yourself" is a uniquely Irish phrase and now mental health specialists are asking us all to do exactly that. Free public information seminars entitled "Mind Yourself - Positive Mental Health in Ireland" are taking place from today in Dublin, Cork and Galway. The seminars focus on depression and will explore themes such as alcohol and anxiety.
