You wait ages for a Seán Scully exhibition and then three come along at once, all marking his 70th birthday. Joining the National Gallery of Ireland 's excellent, compact show, the Crawford features a large- scale exploration of the development of Scully's art from figuration to abstraction, culminating in a monumental 2014 work. Meanwhile, iIn Home, the Kerlin highlights some of Scully's recent Landline series of paintings based on horizontal bands of sea, land and sky.
