Pottery and plaques collection makes £1,585

LAST Tuesday's other auction in Dublin, conducted by Herman & Wilkinson in Terenure, saw a large collection of English and Continental pottery and plaques sell for £1,585 and two antique Portuguese plaques fetch £1,000. An art nouveau marble table lamp made £980; a small Georgian chamber table £470; a Victorian double pedestal desk £390; and a pair of Victorian wall mirrors £320.
