The Earagail Arts Festival takes place around Co Donegal this week and with events planned until July 22nd, there's plenty of musical pickings left. Young rockabilly Londoners Kitty, Daisy Lewis will play the tiny Ramelton Town Hall tomorrow. On Monday, Liam Ó Maonlaí will team up with Ronan Ó Snodaigh at Letterkenny's Regional Cultural Centre, while We Cut Corners will play Letterkenny's Voodoo venue next Friday. The array of gigs taking place continues in that diverse trend, with the likes of American folk artist Gretchen Peters (July 22nd), Palestinian oud band Le Trio Joubran (July 18th), genre-fusing Túcan (tonight) and a Summer Classics bill with Donegal's Chamber Music Society and Camerata String Ensemble (tomorrow and Sunday). 2012 marks the 24th anniversary of the festival, which also incorporates theatre, comedy and spoken word.
