Elton etc get less rich

The publication of the Sunday Timesrich list revealed that a number of top musicians have lost millions over the past year. Paul McCartney's fortune has dropped from £500 million to £440 million, while Elton John and Tom Jones have also been hit by 26 and 24 per cent decreases, respectively. The Gallaghers of Oasis needn't tighten their belts just yet, though - their fortune has risen by 16 per cent to £52 million.
