Muzu showing live performances online

Online music video site Muzu has branched out with an ongoing series of fully interactive performances being broadcast in front of a live audience.

Tune in to see acts such as Sandi Thom and Joshua Radin perform live from the comfort of your own home.

The series kicked off last week with Jedward.

Be part of a global film experiment with Life in a Day. Capture a moment of your life on July 24th on video and upload it to www.youtube.com/lifeinaday.

Already signed up to take part is Ridley Scott, who will act as executive producer. The best footage will make it into a feature- length documentary. If yours is included, you will get a credit as co-director and the chance to be one of 20 contributors flown to the film’s world premiere at the 2011 Sundance Film Festival.

Revamp for maps on myhome app

The MyHome.ie app for the iPhone has been revamped. A new interactive mapping facility has been included that allows users to zoom, pan and filter through properties on maps.

It will also update in real time and can find the nearest properties to your location at the touch of a button.

Free from the App Store, the software is also available as an update for existing users.
