Service and Systems Solutions, the software subsidiary of Northern Ireland Electricity's holding company, Viridian, has acquired the business and assets of Aurora Unicomp, the local subsidiary of the US group Unicomp. No consideration has been disclosed but Aurora Unicomp has net assets of £1.2 million sterling.
