A new British residential property fund is on offer from business advisers BDO Simpson Xavier, AIB Bank and Hamilton Osborne King. Premier UK Residential Real Estate plc will invest in British residential properties.
Investment in Premier UK Residential Real Estate plc is open to individuals, corporate investors and self-administered pension funds. AIB Private Banking will market the product to its clients.
Minimum investment is £10,000 and the company will be wound up within seven years. The company hopes to raise £30 million (€38.1 million) in investment by June 30th.
