Trintech has become a member of the TV Linux Alliance, a group of 23 technology companies that collaborated to define Linux standards for the emerging digital set-top box market.

Trintech, a provider of secure electronic payment infrastructure solutions, is working with the alliance to help produce a standard application programming interface, which will enable operators to choose from a number of vendors whose products are compatible with the interface.
