Regional newspaper group Trinity has sold its US operations for £35 million sterling to a management buyout. The deal will mark its exit from the US market.
Trinity, whose Irish interests include the Sunday Business Post, the Belfast Telegraph, said the proceeds of the sale would go towards reducing the group's debts.
