THE Trinity Group, a technology solutions and reseller company, has acquired a corporate web site developer, the Solutions Group. The company would not reveal the cost of the deal, but said the smaller firm had four employees and a turnover of £3 million a year.
"The acquisition brings a highly advanced Internet services and database development capability to the Trinity Group," the company said.
The Solutions Group has designed world wide web sites for Smurfit, BUPA, Bank of Ireland, and other corporate clients in Ireland and Europe, the company added.
