DrEd.com new online prescription service

Dr Ed charges €20 per prescription after an online assessment form has been filled out

GP visits in Ireland cost from €30 to €65 – a lot of money if all you're after is a prescription. New online service Dr Ed, which is already operating in the UK, charges €20 per prescription after an online assessment form has been filled out and reviewed by a registered medical doctor. Your prescription is then posted to you, ready to be filled by a local pharmacy. The service currently offers prescriptions for various medications used to treat conditions that would benefit from discrete online ordering, such as erectile dysfunction and acne. And if you're heading off somewhere exotic over the holidays, malaria tablet prescriptions are also available. dred.com/uk/press.html
